Springer and Pilly have been "buddies" for years as they were raised by the Laughton family. Both spent many years on the Ontario Trillium Circuit where they were both champions in their classes.
Over time they have become inseparable and now as a each of them enters their twilight years they clearly exhibit their displeasure when they are separated.
Springer had been brought into the barn to be tacked up and taken for some light exercise.
Pilly, now partially blind is no longer ridden and was left out in the field.
